I have over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit, retail and media sectors, enjoy learning new businesses, and consider myself ‘industry agnostic’. I have built and managed finance, logistics and payroll teams to support operations, accounting, financial reporting, and business integration and transitions. My business acumen, leadership and strong negotiation skills have provided me with the ability to drill down, analyze businesses, report results, and identify opportunities for increased success.

My passions include providing teams with purpose, and guiding organizations to make better use of technologies to maintain headcount and increase output effectiveness. I am creative to the core, and believe that there are many ways to come at challenges.
