Rohin created the Transform360 Consulting Service to provide strategic program management consulting and implementation services. The objective is to bring forward a selected set of focused services by leveraging experience across consulting, transformation design, program management, project management, change management and technology implementations. Rohin enables transformation value across customer, services, channels, locations, people, process, technology, data and governance aspects.
STRATEGY TRANSFORMATION DELIVERY- MNP
At MNP, Rohin was responsible for project managing consulting projects related to strategic roadmaps service delivery reviews and organization transformation design. He was also responsible for internal practice development initiatives which included new service development and developing firm-wide standard methodologies for existing consulting services.
MANAGEMENT CONSULTING- KPMG
At KPMG, Rohin's responsibilities included leading client accounts as a delivery manager, leading engagements as a program and project manager, undertaking end-to-end business development.
Key accomplishments: . Process harmonization for 5+ business units under Metrolinx (CPG, Presto, I&IT, Transit and CSD) for managing programs and projects with aggregated budgets of $40B+. . Led a strategic PMO for a tourism ministry client which led to 31% increase in tourists and 20% increase in sectoral investments (totalling to more than $500MM) . Senior member of the team that worked on service delivery improvement program for a province which included legislative reforms, process simplifications, SLA compliance and greater transparency. At PwC, Rohin's broad responsibilities included leading client accounts as a delivery manager, leading engagements as a program and project manager, leading large proposals.
Key accomplishments: . Undertook a $300MM transformation for a law enforcement client which enabled digitization of police complaints, analytics of country-level crime and criminal data and launch of 7+ online citizen services/ features . Led a service delivery and citizen experience improvement program for a federal client. Country ranked 8th worldwide in UN eGovernment Survey in 2010- a jump of 36 positions over previous survey.

At Wipro, Rohin focused on development of process, people and technology transformation strategies, with particular focus on application of emerging technologies/ concepts to client challenges.
