• RBC Trust Company (Delaware) Ltd: Collaborated with business, IT, and vendor to resolve system conversion issues. Led and managed the Delaware operations team through a difficult post IT conversion process. Successfully cleared reconciliation and reporting backlog for approximately 2000 trust accounts. Acted as liaison between business and internal audit during a scheduled audit.
• RBC Trust Company (Delaware) Ltd.: Parachuted in to lead the fee- billing unit of RBC Delaware Trust following the departure of the Director. Successfully implemented new policies and procedures and prepared for a successful 2013 internal audit review in spite of significant technical and resource constraints. Strived for continuous improvement in business operations processing and support. Ensured alignment and synergies were achieved across active projects.
